Some offices are still available at Turtle Cove Collective located in Winnipeg’s West End. We are looking for other mental health and wellness professionals who want a relaxed and welcoming environment to see their clients.

Associate Model

  • Often no rental fee per month but a percentage of every client you see goes to the owner

  • Sometimes payments are received by the owner and paid out to you

  • Reduce the number of business decisions you make independently and follow a pre-existing structure determined by the owner

  • New client flow and assignment of new clients often handled by the owner

  • Can be great for practitioners just starting from scratch

When you join us:

  • Each day of the week you rent is yours for the entire month. Flexible rental options ranging from $260-290, that equals $65-72.5 per individual day   

  • Furnish your own office and customize it to your personal style and needs, or opt for the ease of a furnished office

  • Access to a spacious group room, ideal for workshops or trainings

  • Accessible building with all rooms on the same level, two single occupant washrooms, and ground level access if needed

Therapists are people too! And different people will be drawn to different types of office space.

  • Sometimes rotating pre-furnished offices, just arrive and see your clients

At Turtle Cove Collective, we put a lot of thought into what we wanted to experience for ourselves as therapists, and what we wanted to offer other helping professionals.
We went with the All-Day Flat Fee Model to give therapists the most freedom and control in their own businesses, and to create a more relaxed physical and social environment.

We take care of the therapists, so the therapists can take care of the clients.

We figure if therapists know what to expect and feel taken care of, they will have more energy and curiosity to advance their own clinical practice.

We want our team to feel supported, valued, and respected. From the feedback we’ve gotten from the broader community, the All-Day Flat Fee Model seems like the best way for us to do that.
Wouldn’t it be nice to move from abundance rather than scarcity, to be able to create your own practice with more time, space, and resources in a way that feels not only good to you, but like it’s actually your own?  
Sure, it takes a little more courage and confidence to build your own business. That’s why we have the flexibility to start by renting for 1 or 2 days and adding more as you grow, with the supportive environment of other helping professionals who are at different stages of their careers to give you a pep talk or a good laugh when you need it.
