Welcome to Moving Through the Muck Therapy!
Life can leave us with “muck,” stuck in fear, survival patterns, navigating oppressive systems, living with grief. Together, we can find a way through, or a unique way of carrying what remains.
I’m a relational therapist who works collaboratively to meet you where you are. As a neurodivergent professional, spouse, parent, and caregiver, I love supporting neurodiverse relationships, with and without children, and the individuals cultivating them. I enjoy integrating creative, playful approaches that connect people within themselves and in relationship.
I strive to offer anti-racist, anti-oppressive, queer-affirming, and kink-friendly care. As a Polish-born, cishet, newcomer, and white settler on Treaty 1 Land, I recognize how culture, colonization, and privilege shape our experiences. Together, we can explore the identities, relationships, and systems in your life alongside your hopes and agency.
If this feels like a good fit, I’d love to connect via email to start. I currently offer in-person sessions Thursdays (daytime) at Turtle Cove Collective, with additional daytime, outdoor, and virtual appointments coming this fall. I offer sliding scale fees to returning folks from my agency work. You can also find more information about me on Psychology Today.
