My work is grounded in experiential and humanistic therapy. I currently work with adults, offering individual and relational therapy. I aim to create a therapeutic relationship that feels safe, collaborative, and responsive, one where you can reconnect with yourself and your innate capacity to heal. I don't see myself as the expert on your life. Instead, I walk alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and honesty as we work through your experiences together.

I have a particular interest in working with complex trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD, attachment trauma, generational trauma, and the impacts of sexual abuse. I am especially passionate about supporting people who learned early in life to adapt in order to survive, often at the expense of their own needs, voice, or sense of self. I also have an interest in working with dissociation and shame, particularly the quieter experiences that often go unnamed yet profoundly influence how we relate to ourselves and the important people in our lives.

My practice is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and grounded in cultural humility. I recognize that our stories are shaped not only by our relationships but also by the communities, cultures, and systems we move within. I work systemically, with attention to power, relationships, and the ways trauma and oppression shape both our nervous systems and our connections with others. Together, we create a therapeutic process that honours your lived experience and supports meaningful shifts in how you understand and hold your inner world.

My work is informed by Coherence Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Satir Model, Narrative Therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and somatic and attachment-based approaches. Rather than adhering to one model, I integrate these perspectives to meet the unique needs of each person and the relational dynamics they bring into therapy.

I completed a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and have completed the Master of Marriage and Family Therapy program at the University of Winnipeg. I am currently practising under clinical supervision as a Student Member of the Canadian Association for Couple and Family Therapy while awaiting formal graduation in October 2026.

Outside the therapy room, you'll often find me boxing, exploring the outdoors, or travelling. I enjoy discovering new places, learning from different cultures, and sharing food.

Finding the right therapist matters. I offer a complimentary 20-minute consultation so we can connect, discuss your hopes for therapy, and explore whether we feel like a good fit to work together.
